Love that disiplines

The wisdom of the proverbs points to a father and son relationship between man and God. God sometimes disiplines us so that we may know the difference between right and wrong. We need to understand that God delights in us when we do His will.

Proverbs 3:12 For whom the LORD loveth he correcteth; even as a father the son in whom he delighteth.
