This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you. Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.
John 15:12-13
Christ has commanded us to love one another. He said there is no greater love than when one lays down his life for his friends. God created us in His image that we might love everyone just as He loves us. How many of us find it easy to tell others about the need to love one another, but in real life we live a life that contradicts the lifestyle we encourage others to lead?

What stands in the way of loving others. Often it is our possessions and personal ambitions which restricts us. Help us Lord to follow you unconditionally with all its implications. Show us our impediments and help us to unburden them.
